Education & Enablement Specialist (Technical Writer)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (SL Time)

Working Days: Monday - Friday (Inclusive of Poya & Public Holidays)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Education and Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our clients and partners have access to comprehensive, well-structured, and effective training materials to enhance the usability of our software platform.

Key Responsibilities

Review & Analyze: Conduct in-depth reviews of all available documentation and training materials related to our software platform.
Identify Gaps: Determine areas for improvement in existing resources and identify additional information needed for effective implementation and support.
Organize Information: Structure and manage information to be easily accessible and beneficial for the delivery team, clients, and partners.
Develop Training Programs: Design and maintain comprehensive training materials covering software implementation and support procedures.
Support Clients: Provide post-training support and resources to ensure continued success and proficiency.
Promote Training Programs: Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to encourage client participation in training initiatives.
Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in education and training, incorporating them into training programs.
Recommend & Implement Tools: Suggest and deploy suitable tools or platforms to manage and disseminate information to stakeholders.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product development, support, and client services to ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with the latest software updates.
Engage Clients & Partners: Gather feedback from clients and continuously improve training materials.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a training, education, or enablement role (preferably in the software or IT industry).
Strong understanding of healthcare processes and terminology.
Experience with e-learning platforms and content management tools.
Proven ability to review, create, and organize documentation and training materials.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management platforms.

Key Skills

️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
️ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Bonus Qualifications

Knowledge of Azure DevOps tools and test case management.
Familiarity with cloud architecture principles and Azure cloud services.
Experience with test automation and scripting languages.
