Insurance Principal Officer
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our insurance operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in insurance management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the insurance department, ensuring
- efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance service
- quality.
- Manage underwriting, claims, and policy administration processes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, reinsurers,
- and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Lead and mentor the insurance team to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior management.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least
- 5 years in a managerial role.
- A recognized qualification in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
