Insurance Principal Officer


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our insurance operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in insurance management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the insurance department, ensuring
• efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance service
• quality.
• Manage underwriting, claims, and policy administration processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, reinsurers,
• and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
• Lead and mentor the insurance team to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior management.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least
• 5 years in a managerial role.
• A recognized qualification in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
