Were on the lookout for a Solutions Lead Industrial Solutions with strong technical expertise in Polymer Chemistry or Application Engineering, coupled with a flair for sales and business development. Candidate Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Polymer Chemistry / Application Engineering (BEng., BSc., BTech., HNDE, NDT, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities
• Self-driven, passionate, and well-organized

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Cultivate and manage client relationships
• Contribute to product diversification and business growth
• Collaborate with management to align strategies with business goals
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
• Identify potential strategic partners for business expansion
