Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology is required. Candidates with a full or partial qualification in CIMA / CMA added advantage
• 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
• Proficient in ERP systems, with a solid understanding of database management system (SQL)
• Understands business structures and operations, contributing to informed decision making within organizations
• Skilled in solving complex problems using data-driven insights, demonstrated through past experience
• Possesses strong teamwork skills, fostering collaboration across different departments
• Excelling in clear and comprehensive technical communication, both written and verbal

• Analyze business workflows comprehensively, articulating findings and recommendations adeptly to teams and management
• Create solutions based on the requirements identified, create change management proposals, and work towards achieving the organization's long-term goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of business processes, anticipate future needs, and execute customized solutions accordingly
• Address team challenges adeptly, innovating solutions that foster continuous improvement within the operational landscape
• Oversee projects meticulously by strategizing, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with specified requirements throughout
