Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, BSc. Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years Software QA and BA related experience.
• Strong and up to date knowledge in telecommunication domain, software quality assurance techniques and tools, project management techniques and tools, database and database tools.
• Good knowledge in Ms Office packages.
• Excellent communication skills in English/Sinhala.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the test cases, execute the test case and provide the technical confirmation (Test Report) and ensure the readiness of internal stakeholders processes and the readiness of customer interaction mode (Advertisements, IVR, SMS, Web, USSD)

• Provide training or notification to stakeholders on new products and systems in order to ensure smooth operations

• Assure the total Quality and customers perspective in order to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operation.

• Conduct discussions and share the knowledge of existing product and service with product development team in order to ensure new product meets business expectations and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in UATs in order to ensure the technical functionality as per the product specification through pre-launch assurance (UXA) test cases and ensure the readiness of internal stakeholders' processes

• Provide training or notification to stakeholders on new products and systems, attend the issue and coordinate with the relevant operational team to ensure the smooth operation of the product
• Supervise customer interface Management activities to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in the final audit report.
• Mapping and verifying the end-to-end customer Journeys to cover the entire customer experience
