Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in computer network engineering Or MCSE certification / MS Azure certification Or Higher Diploma in Computer Networking engineering or equivalent Qualification.

• Minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification experience in a similar capacity

• Experience and knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
  
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.

• Knowledge and experience in Windows Server, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and IT Security practices
  
  
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure management and networking.
  
  
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills and ability to make well-informed decisions.
  
  
• Experience in IT helpdesk management
  
  
• User training and support to customer satisfaction
