Position: Partner Channel

JOB ROLE

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 3 - 5 years of experience as channel partner management in IT field. Previous exposure to Cybersecurity industry will be an added advantage.

• Strong problem-solving, negotiation and time management skills

• Flexibility and adaptability to change with desire to learn and grow in the channel management field

• Experience with CRM software and partner management tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth and expansion of cybersecurity business through strategic channel partnerships.
• Utilize data insights and industry knowledge to refine strategies, improve partner performance, and achieve sales targets.
• Identify, onboard, and support new channel partners to enhance market penetration.
• Develop and implement partner programs for training, marketing, and incentives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and efficient execution of channel strategies.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and attend industry events to build relationships and promote the company.
