Job Title: Assistant Manager Internal Audit



Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute audits and evaluate the adequacy of controls according to established schedules and quality requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual audit plan and schedules, Audit Committee reports, monthly country reports, and other regional or local reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor audits conducted by regulators, external auditors (for special projects, if any), and other assurance entities.
• Prepare audit reports and participate in discussions regarding issues and remedial action plans with appropriate management levels.
• Support the Head of Internal Audit in delivering the overall audit plan and reporting to committees and management.
• Follow up on managements remedial actions on audit findings and verify whether the actions mitigate identified risks, documenting follow-up activities appropriately.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Minimum three years of internal/external audit experience or five years of experience in the insurance, financial, or related industry.
• A relevant professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent.
• Knowledge of audit tools and software such as TeamMate, ACL (data analytics tools), and MS Office, with intermediate IT knowledge.
• Strong command of both oral and written English.
