Position: Business Development Manager (Sales and Marketing)

Our client is a leading provider of certification services, helping businesses around the world meet industry standards and regulations. They work with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, and consumer goods.

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our client's team and help them expand their client base. This role will focus on sales and marketing, with a strong emphasis on building relationships with potential clients and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients in industries that require certification services, such as manufacturing, agriculture, and consumer goods.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in these industries, including attending industry events and conferences.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services.

- Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of our certification services.

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to identify new business opportunities.

- Prepare and submit proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the certification industry.

- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate complex information.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
