Position: Assistant Manager - PMS & KPI Management
JOB ROLE
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certifications are a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in performance management, HR operations, or related roles, with hands-on experience in managing performance management systems.
- Proficiency in HRIS/PMS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on talent development including the regular processes of staff appraisal and feedback, goal setting, professional development and career development to ensure that all employees have the opportunity to fulfil their career potential.
- Ensure the effective and timely implementation of the appraisal process along with setting and reviewing KRAs and KPIs, including mid (Sep-Oct) and end of year reviews (Mar-Apr) and support of the ongoing monthly meetings.
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals.
- Conducting the Gap analysis process those who underperformed & sending feedback details for Training & Development.
· KPI setting.
- Identify and implement process improvements annually based on performance data insights.
- Employee Development Plan Implementation.
