Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inbound tourism Manager to oversee the holiday operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inbound business unit, liaising with suppliers, hotels, and partners, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the inbound business unit, including identifying new suppliers, hotels, and contracting.
· Execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
· Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and more.
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
· Provide agents with accurate quotes and pricing information in a timely manner.
· Handle bookings, invoicing, and issuing of tickets
· Visit hotels and activity locations to assess service quality and gather feedback.
· Collect and respond to customer feedback, using market research information to inform decisions.
· Maintain accurate records and reports using management information systems (MIS).
Requirements:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, hotels, and partners.
· Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on holiday operations.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills
