Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Architect to lead the banks digital data strategy and support strategic initiatives and projects. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing data architecture to ensure seamless integration, security, and scalability of digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the data architecture strategy for digital banking initiatives
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data models
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and security across all digital platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business goals
• Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing for real-time analytics
• Oversee data integration across banking applications and third-party services
• Develop and maintain data documentation, policies, and best practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in data architecture and banking

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, preferably in banking or fintech
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and database management
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in banking data management
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

Technical Skills:

• SQL, NoSQL databases
• Data warehousing & analytics
• Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• ETL tools & data pipelines
• Machine learning & AI-driven data solutions
