WE ARE HIRING: Country Head Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall operations in Sri Lanka, ensuring alignment with regional business goals and global strategy.
• Drive business growth by overseeing sales, client relationships, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams including technical, commercial, and support functions.
• Develop and implement local market strategies while maintaining alignment with head office directives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and regulatory matters within the country.
• Represent the brand and act as the primary liaison for key stakeholders, government agencies, and strategic partners.
• Report regularly to regional or global leadership on market trends, performance metrics, and risk assessments.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to support business expansion and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a Country Head, Regional Director, or GM within the same or a closely related industry.
• Strong blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and operational expertise.
• Experience in managing P&L, scaling business operations, and working across culturally diverse teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing market expansion.
