Senior Branch Manager

WE ARE HIRING: Senior Branch Manager


• Working Mode: On-site
• Working days: Monday - Sunday (can take 1.5 days off on any day)
• Working time: 9.30 am - 6.00 pm
• Industry:  jewelry/gold loan
• English Language fluency is not mandatory
• Salary negotiable (market rate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring exceptional customer service and
  operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Implement visual merchandising and stock management in line with brand standards.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive business growth.
• Develop and execute local marketing and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain security and loss prevention measures in coordination with corporate policies.
• Report to senior leadership with sales reports, customer feedback, and strategic
  insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of retail management experience in the jewellery sector
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
• In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, and market trends
• High integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in retail management software and reporting tools
