Job Purpose:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial strength of the organization. This role involves planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, auditing, risk management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts in line with business goals.
- Monitor day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing, and transactions.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Oversee internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead, train, and manage the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Manage relationships with banks, insurance providers, and other financial institutions.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making by supporting senior management with financial analysis and planning.
- Overseeing and managing the financial operations of overseas business activities.
- Oversee costing processes and ensure accurate allocation of costs across departments or products.

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA are required.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in manufacturing would be an added advantage
