Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.

Foster a positive work environment by driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Manage and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

Conduct training and development programs to enhance staff capabilities.

Collaborate with leadership teams to support organizational change and growth.

Handle payroll inputs, attendance management, and HR reporting.

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR best practices.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an Assistant Manager or Manager role in HR.

Background in the service industry is a big plus.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
