WE ARE HIRING: Tech Lead - RPG
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of RPG-based applications for banking and financial systems.

Oversee daily technical operations, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure smooth functioning of core banking applications.

Collaborate with business analysts and project teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
-
Review and validate technical designs, documentation, and deliverables.
-
Drive system improvements, modernization, and performance optimization initiatives.
-
Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met.

Ensure compliance with banking security, regulatory, and risk management standards.
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in RPG development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong proficiency in AS400, RPG IV, RPGLE, CL, and DB2.
-
Prior experience in the finance or banking industry is mandatory.

Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage project deliveries.
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with core banking operations and regulatory standards.
