WE ARE HIRING: Admin Coordinator (Denmark)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of billing and invoicing processes including raising invoices, allocations, and supporting with payment follow-ups.

  • Provide operational support to team members, including handling crew change processes, managing shared mailboxes, and meeting deadlines.

  • Assist with reviewing and enhancing existing processes and documentation to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

  • Support in creating and maintaining customer profile sheets to aid the operations team and new hires.

  • Help identify operational bottlenecks such as supplier performance issues or customer process concerns and recommend improvements.

  • Manage and update customer position lists, ensuring they are accurate and presentable for client communication.

  • Work with the team to manage the invoice approval process in the Eyeshare system, ensuring timely approvals and clear documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or operational support role.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in billing/invoicing processes and relevant software tools.

  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

  • Familiarity with internal systems like Eyes
