Guest Relations Manager

Location: Multiple locations (Frequent travel required)
Working Hours: Flexible
Industry: Hospitality & Restaurant Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations: Handle guest complaints via hotline & digital media.
  • Product Trials: Organize & manage customer feedback sessions.
  • Training & Audits: Train new call center agents & conduct quality audits.
  • Guest Relations Supervision: Lead the team and make quick decisions.
  • Operational Support: Work with operations to improve service & outlet performance.
  • Customer Service Training: Train front counter staff across all brands.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly performance & solutions reports to the CEO.

Candidate Requirements:

Age: 30 - 45 years (Male/Female)
Education: MBA or Degree in Hospitality/Business Management (Preferred)
Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant role

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English (Tamil is a plus)
  • Decision-making ability in customer service situations
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Other:
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Open to flexible working hours
