Position: Manager Customer Service & Administration
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Documentation & Records: Maintain and manage all customer-related documents and communication records.
Payment Follow-ups & Reminders: Prepare and send monthly payment reminder letters and ensure timely payments.
Customer File Management: Keep all customer files updated with necessary information.
Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
Client Relations & Assistance: Assist and accompany clients on site visits and show rounds when required.
Legal & Bank Liaison:

• Coordinate with the Legal team for Sale & Purchase Agreements and documentation.
• Act as the point of contact for tri-party agreements and customer-related bank matters.
  Sales & Customer Service: Work closely with the Sales Team to meet customer objectives and maintain high service standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Administration, or a relevant field.
  Skills & Experience:
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills & documentation management.
• Prior experience in customer service or administration is a plus.
