Marketing Executive

1. Working hours - 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
2. Working days - Monday to Friday, Saturday Half day
3. Salary range - Negotiable on experience
4. Working method  - onsite
5. Work location - Colombo 15


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans & campaigns
Assist in creating marketing materials for digital & offline channels
Generate marketing reports & analysis for management
Coordinate with suppliers & agencies to implement marketing strategies
Conduct market research to track trends & competitor activities
Assist in event planning & execution
Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Full/part qualification in CIM, SLIM, or a degree in Marketing / Business Management
️ Fluent in English communication & writing
Excellent interpersonal & computer skills
Prior experience in real estate is an added advantage
