WE'RE HIRING: MANAGER INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT)

Location: Kohuwala (Travel to other branches via company shuttle service as required)
Working Hours:

Weekdays: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Weekends: Saturday (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

Age Range: 25 - 40

About the Role

We are looking for a highly service-oriented ICT Manager with strong leadership, project management, and change management skills to drive digitalization projects. The ideal candidate should have experience managing ERP and infrastructure deployment projects, with expertise in analytical thinking, communication, and IT strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex digitalization projects across the organization.
• Oversee ERP deployment, IT infrastructure projects, and network security.
• Implement change management strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ICT strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and IT best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc. in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering from a recognized university.
• MSc / MBA from a recognized university (preferred).
• 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a similar managerial role.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
