Job Requirements

• Associate member of CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA with 5 yrs post qualifying experience in related business.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office packages and other Accounting Packages
• Experience in stock management, import costing, and bank negotiations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, Decision making and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the automobile industry would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and present the Balance Sheet.
• Develop and manage monthly and annual budgets.
• Oversee cash flow management to ensure financial stability.
• Handle daily stock management and month-end stock valuation.
• Negotiate financial facilities with banks to optimize funding solutions.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare import costing and manage LC/TT applications for smooth import operations. Coordinate with auditors and finalize the year-end audit.
• Conduct debtor meetings and manage debtor collections effectively.
