• Work Hours: 8am 5.30am and Saturday Half day

• Working Days: Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Train and mentor quality control staff to enhance their skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization in the quality control process.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures and standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve quality objectives.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
