Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in HR management,
• preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Resident at Negombo or Ja-ela area is preferred
