Responsibilities

• Sell Odoo ERP, Zyonol HRM solution, Power BI implementation, and custom software and web development services to potential clients.
• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
• Understand clients' business needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions according to client specifications.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of ERP solutions, HRM systems, BI tools, and software development services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
