• Job Location: Rajagiriya.

• Working Hours: 8.30am 5.00 Pm

• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday half Day (when need arises)

• Working Method: Onsite

• Employment Type: Permanent with a probation period (according to shop and office Act)

Key Responsibilities

• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
• Conducting market research on rival products.
• Getting involved in designing and implementing marketing plans and strategies for company products.
• Working towards achievement of targeted sales.
• Conducting sales and marketing campaigns/ Marketing pitches / presentations
• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
• Maintaining client relations.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

The Ideal Candidate should have;

• Full / Part professional qualification in marketing.
• 1 years or more experience in sales and marketing field.
• Good communication and networking skills.
• Passion for sales and continuous learning.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Good computer literacy (MS packages) and familiar with new technological tools for digital marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Should be willing to travel as necessary.
