Roles & Responsibilities:

• · Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Software Products using Laravel, MySQL, React, React Native, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.

• · Design and implement RestAPIs to facilitate communication between frontend and backend systems, ensuring efficient data transfer and processing.

•  · Collaborate with cross functional teams including designers, product managers, sales, support and other developers to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet objectives.

• · Follow Agile practices and participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of features and continuous improvement of development processes.

• · Provide realistic and accurate estimates for the time and effort required to complete tasks and projects, leveraging your expertise to assess complexities and potential challenges accurately.

• · Actively participate in epic level planning sessions, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and priorities, and translate them into actionable user stories and tasks.

•  · Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring code quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

• · Utilize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS to deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment, optimizing performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

• · Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code adhering to coding standards and best practices, while also conducting code reviews to provide constructive feedback to all team members.

• · Maintain a sense of individuality in thinking and decision making, contributing unique perspectives and innovative ideas to problem solving discussions and project planning activities.

•  · Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and industry developments, and proactively apply new knowledge to enhance the quality and efficiency of our software development practices. Senior Full-stack Engineer

• · Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by customers, sales, support or detected through testing tools, and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.

•  · Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices, and providing guidance to help them grow and develop their skills as Full Stack Engineers.

 Qualifications:

• · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• · Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with demonstrated expertise in Laravel, MySQL, RestAPIs, React, Redux, React Native, Agile practices, CI/CD, AWS, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.

• · Strong understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and practices, with experience working in Agile environments.

• · Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and well documented code.

• · Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs, and integrating third party services and libraries.

• · Hands on experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket/Git.

•  · Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with deploying and managing applications on AWS.

• · Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.

• · Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• · Proven ability to mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
