Responsibilities:

• Preparation and peer review of financial statements in accordance with the Australian Accounting Standards Board and the Accounting Professional and Ethical Standards Board
• Preparation and peer review of tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships
• Preparation and peer review of Business Activity Statements
• Good knowledge of division 7 A, PSI, GST, CGT, FBT, trust law, entity structures, and tax implications of each
• Prepare management reports.

Requirements:

• A minimum of five years of professional experience in Accounting & Finance within an Australian context.
• Exceptional communication skills, effective time management abilities, and keen attention to detail.
• Profound understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficient in advanced computer software, including Excel and other financial tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, and MYOB.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  Possess a professional accounting certification or in­progress qualification such as CA, CIMA, or ACCA.
