Requirements:

• Business management qualification from a reputed Inst.
• minimum 1 to 2 years experience at similar capacity
• Good accounting & Finance knowledge with Communication skills
• A Highly organized individual who can organize others
• Discretion and trustworthiness and High level of confidentiality
• Work independently under pressure
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and other commonly used applications
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and social etiquette Flexibility and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategic business plans
• Online-based sourcing, supplier correspondence, preparation of cost sheets
• Provide comprehensive secretarial, coordination, and administrative service to the CEO
• Should be able to handle the company's confidential information
• Perform the coordinator role between the CEO and other departments
