Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Education, or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education or technology sector. Previous experience as a school principal is an added advantage.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common objectives.

• Proficiency in IT systems and digital tools is a MUST.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in enrollment management and student recruitment preferred.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the DP Education IT Campus, including facilities management, staff coordination, and student support services.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the overall student experience.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all functions.
• Oversee the management of monthly training calendar for the IT campus brand, including curriculum planning, scheduling, and instructor coordination.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in implementing best practices to drive excellence in training delivery.
• Support the development and implementation of enrollment strategies to increase student numbers across our 140+ IT Campuses.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to attract new students.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and industry stakeholders to enhance enrollment efforts.
