Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with strong written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals. 
• Lead and managed a team of graphic designers and marketing executives to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of social media content.
• Oversee the creation, curation, and management of all published content (images, videos, written posts, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to improve our social media presence.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on campaign performance,
• making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and support group marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
