Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the technology or digital marketing sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities to ensure optimal financial performance.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings and payments.
• Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
