Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in IT within a hospitality organization
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Willing to travel both locally and internationally when required
• Flexibility with work hours when you are required to collaborate with the resorts and corporate colleagues in different time zones

The ideal candidate will have:

• IT Experience working with hotels and interest in all things digital
• Knowledge of PMS,CRS,POS, CRM,VOIP and Connectivity(APIs) systems
• Knowledge of Network systems
• Knowledge of Hardware Infrastructure
• Excellent problem & resolution skills
• Knowledge of Windows & MAC OS and related services
• Knowledge of Office 365 Solutions, Google Cloud Solutions, Cloud computing, Email Servers and Security.
• Knowledge of GDPR and the Digital Services act

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems.
• Provide Systems Administration and support including but not limited to maintaining user accounts, user configuration, and troubleshooting access problems
• Provide support and training to all teams across the resorts and corporate offices when required, with the ability to run webinars and online training.
• Plan ahead for technology requirements and upgrades to existing technology to improve effectiveness
• Project Management for existing system requirements including but not limited to PBX, PMS, POS, Storage, CRM
• Setup and Communicate IT Standards and best practices to all teams to ensure compliance
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in systems, applications, servers, endpoint, and network infrastructure.
• Budget management for all hardware and software requirements.
