Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed gap analysis taking into consideration the Personal Data Protection Act

(PDPA) and the existing processes of the company.

Derive action plans to address the identified gaps.

Develop training materials/ training plans on the PDPA Act requirements.

Provide ongoing assurance to the management on the compliance with the PDPA act.

Ensure all requirements of the  Group Privacy Standards are met.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business management/ law.

Minimum 06 years of experience in Compliance, Internal auditing and finance.

Part Qualification in CIMA, CGMA.

Excellent English knowledge in both writing and speaking.
