Prepare invoices receipt and posting relevant entries to the system

coordinate with banks and arrange supplier payments

Assist in treasury functions and prepare reports

Preparation of AP/ AR report for management

Handling petty cash payments and credit card payments and reconciliation

Bachelor's degree or part qualification in CA/ACCA/AAT

Working experience in accounts payables (Fund transfer/LC/Bank Guarantee/TT)

Minimum 3+ years of experience with QB ERP package
