Job Title: Finance Executive Payments

     Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoices, receipts and posting relevant entries to the system.
• Coordinate with banks and arrange supplier payments.
• Assist in treasury functions and prepare reports.
• Preparation of AP/AR report for management.

• Handling petty cash payments and credit card payments and reconciliation.
  
  
  Qualifications and Experience
  

• Bachelor's degree or part qualification in CA/ACCA/AAT
• Working experience in accounts payables (Fund transfer/LC/Bank Guarantee/TT etc.)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with QB/ERP package.
• Having a knowledge of MS office applications.
