Job Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the below scope:

• Develop and implement a sustainability framework, strategies, and priorities, and establish goals in consultation with senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure sustainability policies, strategies, and priorities align with company's long-term sustainability plan of achieving carbon- neutrality by 2025.
• Research on global and local sustainability practices and benchmark against the latest ESG and sustainability trends and integrate recommendations into sustainability objectives and operations.
• Provide commercial and technical analysis for the implementation of sustainability projects. Monitor and evaluate projects and processes to seek improvements in environmental impact regulation compliance.
• Work with various departments and stakeholders to incorporate sustainability practices and set conservation and environmental goals.
• Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives and projects across T1, T2, and T3 and conduct regular stakeholder engagement projects to ensure objectives are met.
• Develop and operationalize sustainability reporting, including creating dashboards, data collection, data analysis, etc.
• Develop sustainability marketing communication and engagement plans to effectively communicate and raise awareness amongst external and internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for sustainability reporting by providing relevant write-ups and data.
• Coordinate sustainability outreach and partnership programs.
• Potential to take on responsibilities beyond sustainability, including environmental corporate social responsibility efforts and practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Project management & Analytical Knowledge
• Thorough and current knowledge of sustainability practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and understand research and to identify relevant and valuable information.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
