We are looking for a Manager Supply chain & new business development to work with International Customers (Australia , Dubai)

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement and sourcing

Handling shipment timely manner ensuring safety of goods at the loading of shipments.

Negotiate prices with sourcing partners

Check stock levels and market requirements time to time

Check availability of funds for stock ordering

Ensure on time payments for the suppliers

Cleared shipment on time and sold goods as per the plan

Increase number of shipments

Check debtors to ensure funding availability for planned shipments

Credit negotiations with suppliers

Identify non-moving stocks and take necessary steps

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development and supply chain management, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Proven track record of developing new business and improving supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and business development tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
