Position: General Manager - Operations for a Villa

Contract Details: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced, young and driven General Manager to oversee the operations of a luxurious villa. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the villa, including guest services, staff management, and financial performance. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all operations of the villa, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and security

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the villa

- Manage and lead a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

- Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the villa and attract new guests

- Ensure the villa is maintained to the highest standards and all equipment and facilities are in good working condition

- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with villa owners and stakeholders

- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury villa or hotel

- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving financial targets

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of a second language is an asset

- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for work purposes
