Job Title: Consultant - SAP FICO

Department: IT / SAP Team

Job Summary:

The Consultant - SAP FICO will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) modules to streamline financial operations and reporting. The role involves working closely with business teams, resolving issues, and ensuring successful project implementations and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide SAP FICO solutions for projects and support activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with business teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring support issues.
• Deliver project requirements within deadlines while ensuring system efficiency.
• Develop functional specifications and configure SAP FICO settings based on business needs.
• Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as FM, SD, MM, PP & PM.
• Provide technical support for financial reporting, AP, AR, fixed assets, and cost controlling.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ERP (FICO module), including Controlling (COPA, CO-PC) and Finance (GL, Fixed Assets, AP, AR).
• Basic knowledge of Fund Management and Treasury is an advantage.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA is desirable.
• Strong integration knowledge of SAP FICO with other SAP modules.
• SAP FICO certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage SAP projects and work effectively with vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
