WE ARE HIRING : Executive - Digital Support Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & L1 Application Support:

  • Provide user awareness training and troubleshoots ERP and manufacturing eco systems.

Computer Hardware & Software Support:

  • Diagnose hardware and software issues, upgrades hardware, installs operating systems, and applies application patches.

Printer & Photocopy Inventory Control:

  • Coordinate with service partners, tracks inventory and follows up on service requests.

IT Support Coverage

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support during weekends to ensure smooth operation of plant activities, particularly at the Exhaust Dye Plant, and Fantasia facilities.
  • Monitor and manage critical systems to prevent downtime or disruptions.

Network & Connectivity Support

  • Assist in monitoring network performance and escalate major disruptions to the network team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic LAN/WAN connectivity issues and Wi-Fi access problems with both local and overseas technical teams.

IT Support Ticket Management

  • Log, prioritize, and follow up on support requests using the organizations ticketing system.
  • Ensure issues are categorized properly and closed in a timely manner.

Documentation:

  • Creates guidelines, user training documents, and maintains asset records

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform any additional duties as requested by management, commensurate with the current role

Qualifications and Experience:Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT from a recognized university.

Professional Experience:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or strategic planning roles.
  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience in a IT Support Role or a similar role
  • Experience in Computer Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Administrating Microsoft 365 Services (Azure AD / Intune / SharePoint / Teams /OneDrive) & Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Experience working in Hybrid domain environment.
  • Understanding of Network concepts LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi.
  • Experience in documenting end user training guidelines.
  • The ideal candidate should pass industry recognized certification AZ-900 & AZ-104.
