WE ARE HIRING: Senior Lead Business Transformation

Job Responsibility:

• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Business Analysis aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation via analysis and industry trends.
• Build and mentor a high-performing BA team; set roles, expectations, and provide coaching.
• Lead transformation projects end-to-end, collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Guide critical analysis efforts and ensure quality documentation.
• Communicate effectively with all levels; facilitate workshops and decisions.
• Establish KPIs, monitor impact, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 15 + years of progressive experience in business analysis, with a significant portion of that experience leading business transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of Business Analysts.
• Deep understanding of business analysis methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, BPMN, UML).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively elicit, document, and manage business requirements across complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex business transformation projects with measurable results.
• Experience working with [mention relevant industry or technologies if applicable].
• Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
