Production Manager

WE ARE HIRING:  Production Manager

Key responsibilities

• Complete the production by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results;
  establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems.
• Achieve the assigned production targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact on-time delivery.
• Take timely action to rectify defects, breakdowns, labour shortages, flaws in planning.
• Improve production efficiencies and productivity and generate timely reports on efficiency,
  waste etc.
• Establishing and managing quality control standards.
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are being met 
• Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality 


Requirements

• Should process degree preferably in food science or related.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Production Manager or equal position in the field
  of food processing, manufacturing. Experience in working with manufacturing of spices would
  be an advantage.
• Willing to work extended hours as and when needed.
• Residing within close proximity to Polgasowita/Piliyandala/Kesbawa will be an advantage.
