WE ARE HIRING: Marketing Specialist/Influencer Marketing Specialist

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Working Hourss:  Five days a week - 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
Reports to Head of Marketing

Specific Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships

• Identify and onboard aligned collaborators including travel influencers, tour operators, and tourism brands.
• Create compelling proposals and outreach strategies to initiate partnerships.
• Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements that support business goals.
  
  Creator Collaborations

• Manage outreach and communication with content creators (YouTubers,Instagrammers, TikTokers, etc.).
• Coordinate campaigns that involve product placements, affiliate marketing, and sponsored content.
• Track performance of influencer partnerships and optimize for ROI and engagement.

Content & Communication 

• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align messaging across platforms.
• Prepare partnership decks, marketing copy, and collaborative blog/social posts.
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all partnership activities.

Performance Tracking & Reporting 

• Monitor KPIs, campaign results, and partner impact on bookings and visibility.

• Maintain databases of collaborators, contracts, and outcomes.

About you

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, influencer outreach
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Creative thinking with an eye for compelling stories and brand alignment
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, influencer platforms, and hospitality networks
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Airtable,Kustomer)
• Nice to have
• Experience in the travel, tourism, or adventure sports industry
• Existing network of travel content creators or hospitality partners
• Familiarity with Sri Lankan travel destinations and experiences
