WE ARE HIRING: Senior Software Developer - Agent

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient software applications.

  • Write clean, modular, testable, and well-documented code.

  • Maintain system documentation for new features and enhancements.

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle.

  • Write unit tests and support integration and system testing.

  • Collaborate with QA teams and business users during UAT.

  • Support junior developers through mentoring and code reviews.

  • Participate in architectural discussions and promote best practices.

  • Stay current with new development tools, technologies, and frameworks.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

  • Provide support for application issues and perform root cause analysis.

  • Maintain documentation in the knowledge base for support purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.

  • Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET.

  • Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Angular or React).

  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex applications.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

  • Microsoft certifications or Scrum certifications are an added advantage.
