Account Manager

WE ARE HIRING: Account Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on warm leads and inquiries generated through the sales pipelineno cold calling required
• Assist in closing sales opportunities in coordination with the Australian sales team
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
• Understand client needs and propose relevant service offerings
• Manage CRM entries and maintain accurate client records and activity logs
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met
• Provide sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• 2- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales Coordination, or Client Services
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
• Prior experience working with international clients (Australia, UK, or US preferred)
• Experience in IT services, telecom, or MSP environments will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first approach
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office tools
