JOB TITLE:
Treasury Accountant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Treasury Center Operations:

    • Manage daily financial transactions with appropriate supporting documentation.
    • Reconcile HQ bank accounts daily.
    • Recommend and execute short-term fixed deposits and foreign exchange trading.
    • Promote treasury center services and draft agreements.

  2. Cash and Liquidity Management:

    • Monitor and fund bank accounts to meet forecasted obligations.
    • Handle HQ payments, receipts, and coordination for accurate transaction recording.

  3. Bank Relationship Management:

    • Coordinate day-to-day banking activities and transactions.
    • Issue and amend bank guarantees and assist with KYC and inquiries.

  4. Reporting:

    • Support cash-flow forecasting and treasury-related reporting.

  5. Process Development:

    • Review, document, and implement policies and procedures for compliance.

  6. Group Treasury Projects:

    • Lead and participate in projects to enhance efficiency and control.
      

REQUIREMENTS


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Certification such as CTP or ACT is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and time management.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Experience:

Experience in treasury operations, cash management, and bank relationships.
