Job Role: Assistant Manager Digital Sales


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic digital sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through various digital platforms and channels.
• Manage relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client expectations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine digital sales strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
• Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Drive digital marketing campaigns and work with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements

• Full or part qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong understanding of digital sales techniques, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and assess sales data.
• Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
