WE ARE HIRING: Senior Sales Executive
Job Location: Customer sites but based in Kelaniya
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.00 pm weekdays and Saturday 8.30am - 1.00pm
Working Days: - 5.5 days per week
Working Method : Onsite
Key Responsibilities
-
Promote and sell the full range of material handling and warehouse equipment

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their needs

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations; provide technical advice on equipment specifications

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
-
Ensure excellent post-sale support and follow-up

Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge
-
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional efforts
Key Requirements
-
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales
-
Prior experience in selling forklifts, racking systems, or material handling equipment and warehouse management solutions
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Sinhala and English
-
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
-
Ability to work both independently and within a team
-
Valid riding license (Company motorbike will be provided)
