WE ARE HIRING: Senior Sales Executive

  1. Job Location: Customer sites but based in Kelaniya

  2. Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.00 pm weekdays and Saturday 8.30am - 1.00pm

  3. Working Days: - 5.5 days per week

  4. Working Method : Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the full range of material handling and warehouse equipment

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their needs

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations; provide technical advice on equipment specifications

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

  • Ensure excellent post-sale support and follow-up

  • Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional efforts

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales

  • Prior experience in selling forklifts, racking systems, or material handling equipment and warehouse management solutions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Sinhala and English

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Valid riding license (Company motorbike will be provided)
