WE ARE HIRING: BUSINESS MANAGER - BUSINESS ASSURANCE

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Employement Type: Full-Time

Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline.

• An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage.

• Minimum 10 years experience in business development or operations, preferably in TIC or a techno-commercial industry.

• Proven experience in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities.

• Leadership capabilities and strategic thinking.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Should be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate organisational business strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Identify market opportunities and define competitive pricing and positioning strategies.

• Lead the development of new services and solutions tailored to market needs.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and technological developments.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

• Negotiate and secure contracts with both local and international clients.

• Champion our company's image, capabilities and integrity in the market.

• Oversee contract execution and manage pre/post-commercial activities.

• Promote and mentor future leaders within the team.

• Foster a strong safety and ethics culture in line with our company policies.
